This is a blog dedicated to giving information about my work as an artist and filmmaker, film gear rentals and services, as well as valuable real world information on the ins and outs, the tests and experiments of digital SLR cameras (DSLRs) and it’s use in documentary and narrative filmmaking.
I am a user and in no way an avid expert but I feel the information and new findings on how filmmakers are able to experiment and use these tools in significant ways is quite exciting. In many ways, there is already a DSLR Revolution already in the making and this site I hope will help give insight and support to those who are figuring this whole thing out.
Obviously, it will be limited to my own knowledge and equipment so I encourage people to chime in and provide their expertise and to know that my information is merely a point of departure for others to build their own understanding and experimentation as we start to bridge old school and new school with the advent of this new technology.
